Red Light
Week
The week before Christmas (December 16 - 21) the Transportation Team
had a ‘Red Light Week’. The Team was able to gather some
significant information on ‘red light runners’. This coming Monday
through Friday, January 14 – 18, drivers will keep track of the
location, the time and the number of vehicles that run the red
lights. The information will then be presented to the
local law enforcement agencies in an attempt to ‘zero in’ on
specific areas. Remember to always stop on red for school busses as
it can be a fine of up to $750.00 for running through the school bus
red lights.
